Rocketshotz is a new service which tries to solve one of the major problems in mobile browsing – typing!

Rocketshotz gives you a personalized page with scores of mobile websites. It's a little like iGoogle or Pageflakes which purely consists of mobile websites picked by you, no software installation, no typing at all.

It's really simple to use. Sign up, pick the sites you often visit and they will send you a text message which contains your personalized URL. You can categorically organize your sites, so that it can be easy to visit mobile sites instantly on your mobile phone. It also works on iPod Touch, PSP and Nintendo.

Rocketshotz follows a very simple portal like approach, but it really makes web browsing easy on mobile phones. The downsides, as you would expect, is that you have to configure it in your desktop browser before you can use it. As I said earlier, it's very simplistic. They could have added more features like recommendation and a list of popular sites based on visits… etc.
