There were 3 new highs and 103 new lows in my universe of 4,000 stocks on Tuesday.  The GMI and GMI-R both declined.  But the QQQQ short term up-trend completed its 5th day.  I hold a little QLD and have a close sell stop in case the QQQQ declines more.  Note that MYGN and SXCI held up on a
