I agree that the foreclosures available may be a great opportunity,I would only recommend getting involved if you would do it long term.Once the short sales and foreclosures have hit the market,they have been turned down by 8 others.Several of my clients specialize in foreclosure purchasing and the prices you would pay off of MLS would be laughed off.There was a New York Times article written weeks ago and I offered several pieces of advices.
