Your anonymous lawyer-lobbyist fried in Washington is here to report that the spirit of non-binding resolutions lives on in the United State House of Representatives and today tackles GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE, a cloud of doom which can only be controlled by the Mighty Mighty Bosstones. No, actually by Congressmen, who first must travel and confab so that they can gather enough material in order to write a report which will be non-binding! And not just non-binding on the planet but also non-binding on Congress!
