SHOOTING AT A TARGET THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND

Rumor has it that the Fed is moving toward an explicit policy of "inflation targeting." There's just one problem, according to this Bloomberg story:
The push for a target also comes as Fed officials seem uncertain about how inflation works and are divided over how quickly to bring it down.Thanks to reader Dave Warren for the link.
