FROM TICKER SENSE: The bulls and bears are tied this week.

I voted neutral again and my stock account remains 100% invested in an array of tech, medical, biotech, and mining. I am also hedged (short 20%) QQQQ, SPY & RSP and long SDS. During the past week I made no trades.

Mark Hulbert at Marketwatch.com says the “insiders have spoken” and they are bullish.
