ETHANOL IS A NET ENERGY GAINER AND IS THEREFORE FINANCIALLY VIABLE, DESPITE WHAT A RECENT STUDY NOTED FROM CORNELL UNIVERSITY. ACCORDING TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE CORNELL WAS WORKING OFF OF OLD DATA. THE STUDY CLAIMED THAT IT COST MORE TO PRODUCE THAN IT'S MARKET PRICE. THAT'S NOT CORRECT.
