Tagged: Five Things You Don’t Know About Me
I was tagged by Shaun last week, and just realized it even after reading his comment over the weekend. Well here goes:
1. I reside in Manhattan and work in Queens. For people not familiar with NY, that's the complete opposite of a normal commute. I guess it's good because it allows me to sit down every morning, and I don't have to deal with jamming into crowded subway carts.
2. I'm a night owl, and HATE the morning. In college I would always stay up until 4 or 5 AM, even when everyone I knew was already in bed. Even now, if I could, I would stay up until around the same time. Usually by 10 AM I'm good, but would much rather wake up later and stay up later.
3. I'm addicted Madden. Yes the football video game. I own a PS2, and will purchase a PS3 once they become available specifically to play this game. I enjoy other sports games, but none as much as Madden.
4. I love casinos and I love gambling. Ever since I first stepped into one of the hotel casinos in Las Vegas, I've been hooked. Even the arcades were amazing. In college, I almost interned at MGM Mirage under the VP of Finance, but couldn't because of prior obligations that I couldn't get out of. I also later ventured into the world of casino dorm games by setting up a blackjack game in my college dorm room, offering players free beer and cigarettes. I still play poker when I am in the mood, but usually prefer craps when I go to the casinos now.
5. I've been to numerous places outside of the US. When I was younger, I travelled to Europe alot, specifically, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and spending 2 weeks in Holland. I've also been to numerous countries in Central and South America. I have yet to travel to Asia and Africa, but do plan on doing so soon. But before doing so, I want to back pack around Europe for a month.
