Reality TV's Cheap Tricks: Darva Conger

There's no more respectable thing in life than being hot and marrying rich. Clearly nursing doesn't make the grade. Just ask Darva Conger who was the "winner" on Fox's Who Wants to Marry a Millionaire in 2000.

The only thing worse than becoming an immediately washed-up reality show star was finding out Rick Rockwell, alleged multi-millionaire, wasn't a millionaire at all. Feeling duped and betrayed, Darva obtained an annulment (probably not difficult when your reasons for marrying were TV fame and $100,000) and posed nude for Playboy.

Way to stick it too 'em Darva!

Just thought you should all be reminded of this painful smear on television history and note that this is a girl who knows how to rake in the dough. They say when the stocks are down, turn to gold. Maybe gold diggers are just the financial gurus we should be listening to.
