Week 4 NFL Bets

Posted on 10/01/2006 01:51 AM | Link | Post Comment

I went a little crazy with my betting this week. I placed 6 $20 wagers for a total of $120 on the line. My account is currently at only $15.57. This is the make-it or break-it week. If I'm going to make it to $500 by the end of the season, I'm going to need to win 5 out of 6 of these bets.

Are any of these bets a "lock" ? I'm extremely confident that the total score of the Cardinals Falcons game will be 40 or under. Why? A few years ago, the Falcons beat the Cardinals 6-3! And last week, the Falcons scored only 3 points against New Orleans on Monday night. After a hyped-up game and less time to practice, I don't see the Falcons scoring more than 20 points this game. I nearly bet more than $20 on this one..

Lets see how I do this week, I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
