*** This data is incomplete. Not all listings are entered into MLS; the only way to get accurate sales data is to pull all new deeds on file at the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds. In addition, MLSPIN gets more popular, each year, as more and more agents move from entering their listings into LINK to MLS. However, the actual number of sales may be higher, because many developers do not enter their listings into MLS. Folio Boston auction sales, for example, are not included in the MLS numbers.

*** MLSPIN tracks any re-listing of properties under new MLS s, and the trail of MLS s are followed, so that original price is from the original MLS , and final sales price is from the last MLS .
