The city of Boston as stopped accepting credit card payments at meters, because they believe they are in violation of credit card companies policies regarding minimum payments.
Awesome. Because a few people, some who have never used the meters, complained, no one will be able to use credit cards, inconveniencing everyone.
Start carrying a bunch of quarters, again.
