Penny Savings Bank Begins Closings

Two owners have moved into the Penny Savings Bank, according to Boston Condo Guy.
Six of twenty-three units have sold.
Plans call for Citibank (natch) to move into one of two street-facing retail spaces.
The other will become a restaurant (natch), expected to be "Banq" (natch), "offering French cuisine with an Asian flare".
