Northpoint Developers To Sell; Sales Of Units Going Slowly

Not much to add to this, but in case you missed it, the current co-owners of the development known as NorthPoint have put their land up for sale.

Interesting information buried in the last paragraph of the Globe story:

Marketing on the two condo buildings &8212; dubbed Sierra and Tango &8212; is continuing. About 100 of 298 market-priced condos are under sales agreements, out of a total of 329 units, according to Jones Lang LaSalle.

Let's hope that bringing in new owners will get this development back on track. And that they'll start construction on the new Lechmere / NorthPoint Green Line t-stop, asap!
