Left on red is legal in Massachusetts

Please spread the news. To everyone you know. To everyone you don't know. Send mass emails to people, tell strangers on the street.

It's legal to make a left turn on a red light, in Massachusetts.

If you're on a one-way street turning onto a one-way street.

I could draw a graph, if I had Paint Shop Pro open, but I don't.

It's legal.

Trust me. Believe me.

Next time you're on a one-way street, when you come to an intersection and you have the red light, and the other street is one way (going left), turn on your left-hand signal, stop, then turn left.

It's legal. Unless the sign says, "No turn on red."

This will speed up traffic. We may never have a traffic jam again!
