InterContinental gets big name owners

Posted on 11/27/2006 10:26 AM | Link | Post Comment

Apparently, the new Residences at the InterContinental are popular with Boston's movers and shakers.

Among those moving into the Residences at the InterContinental at 500 Atlantic Ave. are University of Massachusetts at Boston professor, art historian, and Monet authority Paul Hayes Tucker and his wife, marketing analyst Maggie Moss-Tucker, who paid $1.875 million for a condo.

Also moving in are Robert Athanas, son of the late restaurateur Anthony Athanas, paid $1.575 million for a unit in the building.

Apparently, Dennis Duffy also bought in the building, but has decided to flip his unit, instead.

Construction on the 140-unit building has just been completed and new owners are already moving in. 35 units are still available.

If you're interested in seeing the property, or interested in reselling your unit, let me know!
