Help Me Sell This Home
The Boston Condo Guy was up in a skyscraper, today, and took a photo of Trinity Place.
Trinity Place, for those who don't know, is a 100-unit condo development built in 1999, overlooking Copley Square. Many units have grand views of the Back Bay, South End, and beyond, to the Blue Hills of Milton to the south and the Atlantic Ocean to the east.
There are currently three units listed for sale in MLS.
One of them is a 8,500 square foot penthouse condominium. Originally two units, they have been combined into one luxury home. There are eight bedrooms, two fireplaces, 8 full baths, 5 half baths, and a petting zoo.
The building has 24-hour concierge service, and the purchase price includes 4 valet parking spaces.
Price tag: $15,000,000.
Help me sell this home! The perfect buyer would be someone who wants to live close to the center of town - it's across the street from the Boston Public Library, and next to Copley Place. It's convenient to the Mass Turnpike and public transportation (millionaires take the subway, too, you know!).
Perhaps a couple of empty-nesters? Trust fund babies? Movie stars? (Annette Bening's in town, right?)
You tell me.
I can't offer you any kickback on the commission (which would equal $300,000), of course, but I'd be grateful for your assistance. Very, very grateful.
