Harborview - On Schedule For (late) Summer Opening
I received the following in an email from the sales office at HarborView at the NavyYard.
If you haven't seen HarborView, it's time to take a look as construction is rapidly progressing with new HarborView homes ready for a late summer occupancy!
The exterior of the building has been completed, and this spring the HarborWalk is being constructed and landscaping is being installed in the one-acre park on site.
On the interior, cabinets, countertops, and flooring are now being installed in the units. The garage parking and storage units one of each included with every unit are finishing up as well!
Hardhat tours through the building are now available by appointment.
On your hard hat tour you can explore, in person, the spectacular views and spacious floor plans of our Studios, 1 Bedrooms, 1 Bedrooms with Study, 2 Bedrooms, and 2 Bedrooms with Study condominium homes while also seeing the luxurious finishes including custom contemporary styled rift-cut oak kitchen cabinets, polished granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances plus master bathrooms with honed Bottacino marble, in addition to hardwood floors in the main living areas.
On the water, located at 250 First Avenue, and on the money, HarborView is Boston's best new construction waterfront value and the most exciting new residential address in the Navy Yard.
Our on site sales office, located at 260 First Avenue, is open 7 days a week Monday Friday 10-6 PM; Saturday and Sunday from 12-5 PM.
