Fort Point Channel, the developing neighborhood between the Financial District and the Seaport District, is about to undergo a lifetime of changes, within a short period of time.

Major developers are about to begin construction on some new condo and rental building projects, bringing more housing to the neighborhood. This will bring new life to the area.

Visitors and residents already enjoy the area's art studios, theaters, and cafes. Restaurants, galleries, and even a supermarket are also planned for the neighborhood.

Fort Point Channel's 27th annual Open Studios is next weekend.
