Filene’s Mansion: Cool Property In Hot Dorchester Neighborhood
So, earlier today I listed a bunch of ways a seller should market his or her property, using web 2.0 technology.
Someone has taken me up on my suggestion that they should market their listing on area blogs.
Meaning I have to mention it, right?
The Filene's Mansion on Pleasant Street in Dorchester (constructed in 1860 as a single-family home) was converted into condos awhile back. There are nine units in this historic building. It's a great property in a great neighborhood.
