Danvers State Hospital - a home on a hill

Awesome photos from Danvers State Hospital before Avalon Bay went in and demolished and renovated it.
I'm not a fan of "historic preservation", so it doesn't bother me that the buildings have either been torn down or turned into apartments and condos. So be it.
Still, these are cool photos. And, creepy.
