D4 Is D-lightful

I think D4 is opening this weekend, or sometime very soon, based on the amount of activity we've been seeing at the corner of Berkeley and Warren Aves, in the South End.
MLS is showing 15 out of 25 units under agreement, and the 3570-square foot penthouse just increased in price from the high $2 mil's to $3,200,000.
