Check Out These Lynn Listings
I used to spend a considerable amount of my time showing condos in Lynn.
There are some great homes for sale up there, right now.
One of these is described in full, on the Lynn Lofts website. It is a unit in the Ladder 3 Lofts development, a converted firehouse.
This home features a beautifully-landscaped private outdoor patio. Over 1,000 square feet in this one bedroom unit with separate study that could be used as second bedroom. Recently featured in Boston Globe, this converted 19th-century firehouse boasts 14-ft ceilings, exposed brick and architecturally-rich highlights including a 10-ft wide arched window. Enjoy the 5-room professionally-installed sound system.
Another awesome property is this condominium, recently listed for sale.

It is a ridiculously large condominium home, almost 4,000 square feet (with another 800 square feet in the finished basement). It includes four bedrooms, two full baths, and a second half bath.
From the listing agent:
The original building was a mansion built in 1910 for Harry Stone (the preeminent grocer of his time). A family bought the mansion in disrepair, eight years ago, gutted the whole thing, and added on approx. 4,500 square feet. The two brothers each took a condo and have lived there with their families until recently. There are only two condo in the entire building.
Other features:
Beautiful former mansion on Swampscott line completely renovated and converted into two unique townhouses. Top of the line stainless steel appliances, maple cabinetry, and granite countertops.
Huge master bed suite with its own loft, 21&8242; cathedral ceilings and marble bath! Custom built-in entertainment center, Central vacuum, air cleaning system, and business class phone system, finished game room in basement, 5-minute walk to beach and T (commuter rail). Three-car parking on a 19,000 square foot landscaped lot.
The property is priced at $464,900. The listing agent is Paul Campano at Keller Williams Realty. He can be reached at (617) 497-8900. MLS 70643547.
