Boston condo sales drop 20% - LINK

From the Boston Business Journal:
Condo sales in Boston dropped almost 20 percent for the third quarter, and the median price fell almost 7 percent, compared to the same period last year, according to the LINK Listing Information Network.
The median price of $419,000 this year also slipped below the 2004 median of $433,500.
The inventory of homes for sale in the third quarter was only 2 percent higher than in 2005, but 70 percent higher than the third quarter of 2004.
