2006 Year-in-review Report Released By Otis & Ahearn

Otis & Ahearn has released its annual report on the downtown Boston real estate market.
What do they conclude? The year ended on a healthy note, after a rocky 2nd and 3rd quarter. Total sales for the year were lower than 2005 and 2004, but above every other year in Boston's history.
