125 B Street - Luxury In South Boston

So, there's a new condo development in South Boston. The address: 125 B Street, a converted school now 16 luxury homes.

According to the Boston Condo Guy:

The developer definitely went all out with these units with high-end finishes, and the ceilings simply soar over your head, making the space feel even more expansive than it already is. A nice touch at 125 B Street was the units that have an office nook (with multiple windows) constructed in what was once the school’s elevator shaft - very cool.

There are five units left for sale - prices run from $499,000 - $589,000, all over 1,000 square feet.

The property is conveniently located close to the Broadway Red Line MBTA subway stop, the 9 bus (to Copley Square), and the Seaport District.

Julie Holenport of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the exclusive listing agent.
