Postings will be limited and/or abbreviated, this week, while I'm at the Inman News Real Estate Connect conference, in San Francisco, California.

This popular conference covers "hot topics, cutting-edge technologies and innovations that real estate, mortgage and technology leaders want to know about NOW."

But, as you find at many conferences, the most important part of it is getting a chance to network with other people.

I'm looking forward to it.

It will also be a good excuse to return to San Francisco. I was last there prior to the turn of the millennium. Before that, I was last in the city in 1992. We lived there for 10-months. We got run out of town for not being liberal enough. Hey, we've got gay marriage and a black governor. Don't go pointing fingers at us, SF.

Things are going to be heating up, once I return to Boston. Many closings over the coming month. Plus, I expect to have at least one new agent working for me.

And, most exciting ... a print-media opportunity has opened up. I think it's going to be a blast.
