Papa Johns franchises Best of 2006 according to Pizza Marketplace

Papa Johns Pizza is the third largest pizza restaurant in the country after Pizza Hut and Domino&39;s. Pizza Marketplace ran a story on the company. How did they do it? They found their strengths - which is the quality of pizza. They identified their weaknesses -- like long wait times. They focused on the strengths and addressed their weaknesses. Next they got almost all of their franchisees to use online ordering. That helped speed everything up.

This year they plan more business to business sales (like for sports events, etc) and focus on international growth.

Franchise stores can be bought and owners pay 5% of sales to Papa John&39;s International. Part of that fee goes back into the franchise for advertising and support. Corporate operations ensures brand consistency of each Papa Johns franchise location. Buying a franchise already in existence can mean proven systems and instant cashflow.
