MODAR Stocks Soar in Sullen Market

0920 EDT Thursday July 13, 2006 Good Morning: In our closing commentary yesterday following Tuesday's turnaround: "While the overall market structure is by no means perfect, it continues to be vulnerable to another breakdown..." And, regrettably that was the theme of the day as a top heavy market from the previous day as Microsoft's seeming ineptitude or bravado allowed daily fines to mount to a staggering $300 Million plus and the market was not pleased by this as MSFT dragged down most tech issues, giving the rest of the market an early second-half mauling. Technically, this is not very encouraging, although there is the potential for another rally to unfold from lower levels that will likely be probed over coming days. Meanwhile metals held up well as we suggested some time back that a positive divergence of metals versus stocks was soon likely.   MODAR had a surprisingly strong day. One issue recommended just days ago around 10 cents was FHAL soaring to high of 35 cents on news of a merger arrangement. Meanwhile, China Direct Trading CHDT recently recommended under 10 cents soared to a high of 23 cents on news of a huge increase in half-yearly revenues and a 2300% increase in 2nd Quarter revenues. These kinds of revenue anomalies are exceedingly rare, so we have bet very big on CHDT with several 10 times normal size trade recommendations. Although this issue became very volatile, surprisingly, it took some time for the reality of these stunning results to really sink in and attract multi-million dollar buying.   Just yesterday, we struck additional short term Gold, catching an early buy on CRWS at 93 cents that accelerated sharply higher to $1.45 and later soared even higher to close at 1.62. We also managed to catch some relatively quick gains on multiple recommended BLDV.    As we stated yesterday: "From here on out, it's one day at a time in trying to position ourselves and profit accordingly from opportunities".
