eMini Power plus FCON an Undiscovered Gem

eMini - "Power to the People" Right On?

I'm a flower child and it's the Summer of Love all over again. How can you not fall head over heels for leverage, tax benefits, no pattern daytrading rules, no front-loading, no CEO with his hand in the cookie jar, or a balance sheet with more jive than the Jackson Five? Oops, I think I just confused my decades.

Which brings me to my next point, I'm exhausted. I have just completed a move (across town) that took 30 days to complete.

Give me a week to rest up and I'll be as verbose as ever.

If you were tuned in Tuesday as we were closing the show @ 1PM eastern, or if you've listened to the podcast, you know we shorted the Russell @ 718. Over the next 3 hours the Russell fell 7 points. One more time.... that's a 70% return if you've properly negotiated your margins. Today, we took some profits during the show, just killing time really as we waited for the reading of the minutes from the last Fed meeting. The 2 best days for trading the eMini's are when the Fed speaks, and when the minutes are finally released. The initial knee-jerk reaction can give you a week's worth of points, and the retracement (up or down) from the initial move, another week. All economic reports - labor, oil, GDP, etc... present excellent opportunities, but nothing like the Fed does. We captured 5 points in 3 trades in 15 minutes. The only reason I stopped there was because a geek was hovering over my shoulder. Seriously, from the Geek Squad, a double agent no less who had arrived to install an extra gig of ram in my direct access platform to the wealth of the world. This particular young geekster really impressed me. BTW - they really do wear the uniform and drive the VW. I liked him so much, he's been invited to join me on the show once a week for CT's Geek Speek. We'll be updating you on what's hot and what's not in the world of Tech. (technology not stocks) Although quite humble, the easy way he spoke of traveling to Mexico with Amor Ministires to build homes for the homeless, let me know that he too, was on a spiritual journey. He watched me trade the Fed minutes, as he was beefing up the radio server, with wide eyed fascination. If he lets me, I'm going to take him under my wing, teach him to trade, he'll keep my network humming, and he'll soon be building more homes for the homeless than his Church can keep up with. You know what's really cool? I'm going to tell him on-air when he does his first show. If you love a good tear-jerker, don't miss that one.

During the volatility following the release, I was long and I was short. (mostly short) I issued a stern warning to listeners that unless they considered themselves to be "experienced" traders, sit on the sidelines, watch and learn. I felt truly sorry for the traders out there who have not spent enough time in learning mode, and had no idea what was about to unfold. Like a deer caught in the headlights, they quickly became venison stew for the Deutsche Banks and Merrill Lynch's of the world. If you have never watched the eMini market unfold, live in real time, prepare to be fascinated as you Click Here. I'm not showing you this to convince you to use a particular trading strategy. You will hear my friend Greg's voice and see his charts, but what I really want you to see, are the dynamics. Whether you learn to trade with Greg, or get your education elsewhere, I can't stress enough the importance of getting one. If you approach this market without proper training, you will have your head handed to you on a platter. That is a promise.

Even if it takes you 6 months in a simulator to get ready, compared to the earning potential you'll have... that's cheap.
A Doctor? 10 years
An attorney? 6 years
Yet just 6 months of eMini training can give you the earning power of a Doctor and an Attorney - combined! At least make an investment of 1 hour to watch the video. There is NO sales pitch.

Now there you go........ questioning my motives again. My, "Purpose Driven Life", is to equip traders like you, with the ability to create great wealth for the purpose of making this world a better place, like my young geekster is already doing. Sure, he could be on the beach with the other kids his age, lime in one hand, shot glass in the other, licking salt off some flat brown tummy. But he sees the big picture. He already understands that true joy, everlasting joy, comes in the shy smiles of a grateful mother and father who can now provide their children with a real home, not in the giggles of a sun baked co-ed.

True prosperity is so much more than money. So much more..... so you feel free to stick around and just maybe, you'll decide to journey with us.

FCON

As you know by now, along with trading the eMini, our group loves to own great companies like Azco Mining - AZMN. Financial Content Inc - FCON, has aroused my interest. I am beginning a period of due dilligence. We have strict criteria for our selections. Our last selection - ILNP, was trading at .14 on thin volume when I discovered it this past December. Today it closed at .61 on volume of almost 2m shares and no, we haven't sold a single share. Again, we trade the eMini, but we OWN great undervalued companies. When we announced Desert Health - DHPI to our audience, @ .07, it was on the verge of bankruptcy, but we have learned to look beyond the balance sheet, and our group bought over 75% of the public float in under 2 weeks. We look not only at the business plan, but to the integrity of the men and women at the helm. The CEO of FCON - Mr. Wing Yu, is just such a man.

I will be scheduling an interview with him in the near future. Here's what I know so far -

Shares Outstanding: 10.47M
Float: 6.22M

Revenue (ttm): 1.54M
Revenue Per Share (ttm): 0.149
Qtrly Revenue Growth (yoy): 41.30%
Gross Profit (ttm): 996.64K
EBITDA (ttm): -612.36K

Here's some of the competition -

I am told it is virtually impossible to obtain a sizeable postion on the open market. The float is that tight my friends.

In closing, remember these famous words....
“For some reason, people take their cues from price action rather than from values. The dumbest reason in the world to buy a stock is because it’s going up. Great investment opportunities come around when excellent companies are surrounded by unusual circumstances that cause the stock to be misapraised.” Warren Buffett
